Founded in December 2014, we are now a team of  38 in London and seven in our North American office in Toronto. We have just closed a funding round so we are well-positioned for further growth.

We are looking for an exceptional Administrator to manage the day to day activities of our CRM systems across SalesForce, HubSpot, Intercom and potentially other tools moving forward. This includes full responsibility and ownership of data handling to help us meet and exceed business growth targets.

  • Assess and architect the customization of Salesforce, HubSpot and Intercom to suit our business needs and commercial process.
  • Act as the system administrator lead and internal champion for our CRM toolkit; constantly evaluate ways to further leverage these tools and asses new ones.
  • Lead training and support for the commercial team, implementing processes, providing ‘how to’ guides, resolving issues and interfacing with external support as needed.
  • Maintain and improve accuracy of data, working closely with the commercial team to optimise processes and data handling. This includes overseeing data cleansing and optimisation initiatives.
  • Take responsibility for the hygiene and confidence of our datasets with consideration of GDPR regulations and ISO 27001 certification.
  • Support: 1) Growth Analytics Manager with metrics and 2) Sales Operations with commercial processes.
  • Working in a new business function with significant potential reporting to the Growth Analytics Manager.

Who you are :

  • You’ll have at least 1+ years’ experience in a CRM Administration role with 3+ working experience across administrative, analytics or systems roles
  • Ability to understand business needs across different functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) and being able to recommend CRM processes to match these needs
  • A confident communicator at all levels in the business
  • Diplomatic in your approach to handling internal stakeholders and cross department communications
  • Confident  taking responsibility for onboarding new systems and tools
  • Optimistic and curious in the face of adversity
  • Able to operate in an agile manner to prioritise and deliver value iteratively
  • Driven to deliver with speed and urgency

Ideally you will be familiar with:

  • HubSpot for marketing campaigns and automation
  • SalesForce at administrator level for lead capture and funnels
  • Excel/Google sheets at an intermediate level
