Our Team

We are growing fast: in May 2017 we were a team of 10, now we are 42… and heading for 50 and beyond! Our HQ is in Aldgate, East London and our North America HQ is based in Toronto, Canada.

The job

Interested in tech, customer service and getting involved in the commercial and operations side of a fast-moving startup? Help us supercharge Trint to at supersonic speed. You will be a key part of the team providing above and beyond customer support. If you are self-motivated, entrepreneurial and excited by innovation, Trint is the company for you.

We are looking to hire an articulate, passionate Customer Support Associate who is a keen problem solver and loves working with people. You will be part of the commercial team focussing on customer support, including technical issues, account enquiries and product enquiries.

Required skills:

  • Perfect written and oral communication skills in English: be able to produce well-written, informal, fluid and grammatically correct emails and help pages.
  • Organisational skills: ability to manage your own time, effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and goals.
  • Strong People Skills: you should enjoy dealing with customers, problem solving and improving process.
  • The ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, think critically, and apply logical problem-solving skills to isolate and resolve root causes of issues in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to act independently and be self-motivated.

Helpful but not essential skills and qualities: 

  • Social Media Marketing: a strong knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Technical Skills: MS office and any other media skills you can offer.
  • Additional Languages: Trint offers its services in multiple languages.
  • Previous experience with Zendesk or other customer facing platforms.
