Then Trint’s interactive editor marries the audio to the text, making it easy to search and polish transcripts to perfection. Hours of tedious labour are reduced to just minutes. Users can effortlessly search and share content like never before. And we have a lot more tricks up our sleeves! Founded in December 2014, we are now a team of  38 in London and seven in our North American office in Toronto. We have just closed a funding round so we are well-positioned for further growth.

What you are:

  • Endlessly curious to find new meaning within complex data
  • Passionate about data-informed storytelling
  • A confident professional with 2+ years owning an analytics function
  • Able to operate in an iterative manner, with speed and urgency
  • Love getting your hands dirty with SQL and data APIs
  • Have scaling experience with a previous B2B SaaS company

You’ll work on :

  • Defining growth objectives with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Helping quantify and understand progress against company goals
  • Defining a suite of KPIs, dashboards and reports to monitor performance
  • Delivering actionable insights to the leadership team
  • Designing, leading and analysing hypothesis-driven experiments across sales, marketing and product
  • Automated data visualisations for business-as-usual KPIs
  • Line managing a CRM Administrator to ensure provisioning of system support

You will work with:

  • Mixpanel for user behavioural data
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • SQL and data APIs to link disparate sources
  • Panoply – our data warehouse
  • Excel
  • Power BI or a dashboard system of your choice
  • A passionate engineering team skilled in data preparation
