Then Trint’s interactive editor marries the audio to the text, making it easy to search and polish transcripts to perfection. Hours of tedious labour are reduced to just minutes. Users can effortlessly search and share content like never before. And we have a lot more tricks up our sleeves! Founded in December 2014, we are now a team of  38 in London and seven in our North American office in Toronto. We have just closed a funding round so we are well-positioned for further growth.

  • Holistic KPI view across the company driving effective design, implementation and use of metrics across the business
  • Champion new growth initiatives working across sales, marketing and product leveraging our data assets and infrastructure

  • Love getting your hands dirty with SQL and data APIs
  • Scaling experience with a previous B2B SaaS company in the 50 to 100+ employee range

You’ll work on :

  • Helping quantify and understand progress against company goals.
  • Define a suite of KPIs, dashboards and reports to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain cross functional reports and dashboards using data
    visualisation platforms.
  • Derive recommendations and craft action plans to address weaknesses and areas of
    opportunity. Present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision
    making, operational change and investment.
  • Develop sales, marketing and product analytics frameworks: test plan, methodology and reporting infrastructure for new product releases, campaigns, acquisition channels and market segmentation.
  • Evaluate new lead databases, A/B testing, productivity and acquisition tools
  • Manage existing CRM and Marketing Automation tools to improve team performance, integrating them into an overall analytics framework
  • Designing, leading and analysing hypothesis-driven product experiments
  • Facilitate data system operationality and integrity by setting up relevant processes
    and managing a CRM Administrator to ensure provisioning of system support to users

You will work with:

  • Mixpanel for user behavioural data
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • SQL and data APIs to link disparate sources
  • Our Panoply data warehouse

  • Power BI or a dashboard system of your choice
  • A passionate engineering team skilled in data preparation
