What you are:

Scaling experience with a previous B2B SaaS company in the 50 to 100+ employee range
You’ll work on :
Helping quantify and understand progress against company goals.
Define a suite of KPIs, dashboards and reports to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain cross functional reports and dashboards using data visualisation platforms.
Derive recommendations and craft action plans to address weaknesses and areas of opportunity. Present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making, operational change and investment.
Develop sales, marketing and product analytics frameworks: test plan, methodology and reporting infrastructure for new product releases, campaigns, acquisition channels and market segmentation.
Evaluate new lead databases, A/B testing, productivity and acquisition tools
Manage existing CRM and Marketing Automation tools to improve team performance, integrating them into an overall analytics framework
Designing, leading and analysing hypothesis-driven product experiments
Facilitate data system operationality and integrity by setting up relevant processes and managing a CRM Administrator to ensure provisioning of system support to users
You will work with:
