The role

We’re looking for a candidate who will help us supercharge recruitment! You’ll take ownership of sourcing outstanding talent, help us scale the company and manage our recruitment processes end-to-end. Working alongside our People & Culture Manager, you’ll will work on a variety of roles across the business to build a winning team!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing talent and leveraging resources such as LinkedIn, Social Media, events and referrals
  • Building talent pipelines and communities for current and future hiring needs
  • Partnering with hiring managers cross the business (London & Toronto) to scope out hiring campaigns
  • Providing an outstanding experience for candidates and internal stakeholders through detailed feedback, an efficient process and great communication
  • Develop our employer brand within the relevant communities, allowing us to deliver a compelling offering to potential candidates
  • Own our internal hiring tools and constantly look out for new and interesting ways to improve our recruitment activities
  • Working with the People & Culture Manager to deliver a fantastic onboarding experience to all new hires
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law regulations and legislation

Required skills:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in proactive recruitment within Sales, Operations,  Marketing & Tech
  • Strong communicator with fantastic interpersonal skills and an established network
  • Enthusiastic and hands-on attitude, motivated by development opportunities and high-growth environments
