Where do you fit in? 

We’re searching for a Technical Recruiter to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract (to start with) who can tap into the technical talent pool, leveraging our  compelling backstory and our positive culture. We’re building our team, and we now need someone to provide specialist support for finding world class talent to grow the Product Engineering team. 

You’ll be joining a team of two, which includes the Head of People and a Talent Acquisition Partner.  

Why we’re hiring for this role

2020 is going to be an explosive year for Trint, and growth within the Engineering team will be extremely instrumental in hitting our strategic goals. We need an experienced technical recruiter to supercharge our technical hiring, sourcing top engineering talent to help Trint continue building a world class product.

You’ll be responsible for…

  • Owning the full recruitment cycle for Product Engineering 
  • Providing a stellar candidate experience from start to finish 
  • Extreme intentional focus on diversity
  • Working directly with hiring managers to understand the essential requirements for each open role within Product Engineering 
  • Working with the Head of People and the Talent Acquisition Partner to identify strategic opportunities to ensure the hiring process for this team is fit for purpose
  • Delivering recruitment projects i.e. Tech talent market maps, warm candidate pools, organising events.
  • Collecting and sharing feedback from our tech talent pool 
  • Working to recruitment KPIs and reporting back on progress against these metrics

Key Skills…

  • Demonstrable experience in technical recruitment – you can talk the talk + walk the walk. 
  • Know when to use intuition and experience, when to “bring the data”…and when to do both
  • Superb communicator & facilitator, flexible in communication style depending on the audience
  • Superb juggler of priorities.

Qualifications & experience

  • At least 3 years experience in technical recruitment 
  • Experience recruiting for a SaaS start-up/scale-up is a big bonus
  • Experience recruiting within the JavaScript (e.g. TypeScript, React, GraphQL (Apollo), Node.js) and related ecosystem (e.g. AWS, MongoDB, Redis and Docker) for an added bonus!
