Who are you?

This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a rising star in London’s startup community and make your mark with software that customers already love. We expect you to be a creative powerhouse. You know your way around an agile coding shop. You will work with a crackerjack team of developers, Head of Product and support/sales staff to conceptualize greenfield/improve existing workflow solutions that are enabled by machine learning and cutting edge AI. You are entrepreneurial in your thinking and intensely customer-focused (MVP, Lean Startup, rapid prototyping are well-worn words in your vocabulary).

You can create a style guide in your sleep and you have a portfolio of work that shows a perfect balance between beautiful design and usability.

Key responsibilities:

  • Definition and ownership of Visual Design for platform, website, marketing and branding
  • Design end-to-end user experience across web, mobile and desktop apps
  • Deliver High-def assets using tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Invision, Zeplin.io
  • Work closely with UX/UI and Head of Product to conceptualize solutions that meet customer needs and pump up our KPIs
  • Understand customer needs inside and out and create design solutions that delight and surprise
  • Work with Marketing and Sr. leadership to define brand standards and guidelines

Required skills:

  • Can create responsive design for a device-oriented world
  • Flexible, adaptable and collaborative
  • Portfolio of exceptional design work that you can talk passionately about
  • Can research, conceptualise and present design options for software, website and marketing
  • Can work fast or detailed, hi-def or lo-fi as needed
  • HTML/CSS a big plus
  • Ability to quickly become very knowledgeable in our customer’s domain

Salary negotiable +  EMI option plan
