London, England– 17 October 2017 – Trint, an automated transcription tool that creates almost instant transcripts that can be easily edited, today announced its participation in the SPROCKIT global community program. SPROCKIT curates, connects and fosters collaboration among leading media, entertainment and technology companies and market-ready startups to bring innovative products, services and revenue models to market.
Since its launch, the London-based startup has seen consistent double-digit growth in revenue and customers each month, amassing more than 10,000 regular users in its first year including Vice Media, Associated Press, Washington Post, and Fast Company. In June 2017, Trint closed US$3.1 million in Pre-Series A funding from a global roster of investors and tech leaders. Trint’s Pre-Series A funding was led by Horizons Labs the Hong Kong-based seed fund operated by the managers of Li Ka-Shing’s Horizons Ventures.
