We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market strategy — including leading a CRM migration and optimizing our full revenue stack. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building and optimizing sales infrastructure from the ground up—particularly within HubSpot. As the sole CRM owner, you’ll have the autonomy to identify inefficiencies, design scalable workflows, and recommend strategic improvements that align with our business goals.
● Oversee the migration, configuration, and ongoing management of our CRM system, with a strong background within HubSpot.
● Lead our CRM strategy by identifying opportunities to enhance functionality, streamline workflows, and improve data integrity.
● Proactively research and recommend new CRM features, tools, automations, and best practices to drive future efficiencies and align with evolving business needs. End-to-End Sales Enablement:
● Experience supporting, or a desire to learn, end-to-end sales processes from marketing through customer onboarding and success.
● Collaborating with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to implement CRM workflows that improve operational efficiency.
● Interested in exploring frontier methods for automation as part of this role.
● Partner with our data team to develop and manage comprehensive sales dashboards.
● Analyze CRM data to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
● Collaborate with the data team on complex analyses, including market conditions, pipeline health, and other strategic initiatives, to support informed decision-making.
