The clock hasn't struck midnight just yet, but we think it's already clear that 2024 has been a standout year for Trint. From celebrating our tenth anniversary to launching groundbreaking new features, we've gone from strength to strength this year.
As the new year approaches, let's take a moment to look back on the milestones and achievements that made 2024 one of our best years yet.
Trint hit 250,000+ users in 2024. That's a quarter of a million journalists, creators and professionals who use Trint to streamline their everyday workflows and expedite the creation process.
Between them, our users created more than four million Trints in 2024, transcribing 125,000,000 minutes of audio and video. Imagine how long it would have taken to do that before Trint… and using manual transcription.
What was in those four million transcripts? We couldn't tell you, because we didn't look. Our user's privacy is paramount, which is why we didn't train our AI models on a single user transcript in 2024.
Trint has always been a global brand, but this year, we continued to add to our language library, with more than 45 language options (and counting). Trint is now used in almost every part of the globe, with active users in 150 countries.
We're constantly pushing to make Trint bigger and better and 2024 was no exception.
This year, we rolled out incredible new features, including an upgraded Trint Editor, Automatic Language Recognition and a brand-new Dashboard. Plus, we introduced AI Summaries: instant 400-word overviews of your Trints, helping you get to the heart of your content faster.
But we didn't stop there. To make Trint even easier to use, we launched Smarter Search Tools for faster, more intuitive navigation. Our Mobile App also got a major upgrade, bringing previously Web-only features like highlights, comments and bookmarks to the palm of your hand.
We know that in a busy workplace, our users need to have Trint in the tools and software they already use. That's why, in 2024, we partnered with three top news production systems — ENPS, Octopus and Mimir — to integrate Trint directly into their platforms.
Now, users can easily transcribe audio and video to text, edit transcripts and search for quotes — all within their existing platforms. No more switching between multiple tabs, apps and platforms.
